The Staging Nester transforms vacant or occupied properties into appealing, market-ready homes that attract potential buyers. This role combines creativity, design expertise, and a keen understanding of real estate market trends to highlight a home’s best feature.
Staging Branch
The Organizing Nester specializes in helping clients declutter, organize and get their space functioning efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create tailored solutions for each client.Service Time: 6 Hours [2 Nesters]Belongings: Average amount of belongings, suitable for individuals, couples or small families. Compact furniture, minimal decor. Basic kitchen items, personal items and clothing.
Organizing Branch
The Packing and Unpacking Branch specializes in assisting clients with the meticulous and efficient packing and unpacking of their belongings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to handling clients’ possessions during potentially stressful moving times.
